Minutes for the called meeting in January were approved on a motion by Terry Sands and Barnett Carthey. Minutes for the November meeting were approved on a motion by Dustin Howard and Victor Sanchez.
The financial report was presented by the CFO (see attachment). After review and discussion, the report was approved.
The meeting was closed with prayer at 9:00 P.M.
