Workshop
The meeting was opened with prayer followed by a discussion of Fierce Communications chapter 2.
Discussion centered on reasons Western cultural values are based on linear and right angle concepts as opposed to Eastern and more primitive cultural values being based on circular concepts. Discussion also centered on the idea of teamwork (as in King Arthur’s Round Table) versus individual accomplishment. Further discussion concerned self-honesty and honesty with others. The key to success for the vestry is building a team.
Business Meeting
New Business
1. It has been brought to the attention of the vestry that the Articles of Incorporation for St. Christopher’s was never completed. The Clerk of the Vestry will complete paperwork and the vestry at the June 2010 meeting will take action.
