Attendance: Rector: Fr. Paul Moore; Members: Sr. Warden Scott Clark, Jr. Warden Paul Harris, Victor Sanchez, Dustin Howard, Scott Kroeger, Beth Bodkin, Barnett Carthey, Terrie Sands, Becca Davis; Non-members: CFO Bill Bodkin
Fr. Paul opened in prayer at the beginning of the Workshop time, at 6:45 p.m.
New Business: (Mission)
1. 5 Tip of the Spear Priorities (Sr. Warden)
Discussed them, talked about strategic planning in the directions indicated by them. Moved to create a short-term strategic planning committee composed of Beth Bodkin (chair,) Scott Kroeger and Victor Sanchez to report back with preliminary directions next month. Motion passed.
Old Business: (Maintenance)
1. Vote on Coalition of Latin Episcopalians (Victor Sanchez)
Moved by Victor Sanchez, seconded by Terrie Sands, to affiliate with this organization, cost of $100 for membership, with possible expenses to send a delegate to the Convention in September. Passed.
2. Facilities Use Agreement (Jr. Warden)
Jr. Warden reported that information had come from the Diocese but they had not been adapted to our use yet. It was suggested that Robert Edmonson be asked to look it over when it is in draft form.
