Our Chief Financial Officer - William C. Bodkin

 

Bill and his family have been associated with St. Christopher’s for many years.   An engineer by profession, Bill and his wife, Beth, came to the Killeen area through his employment at Ft. Hood.  The proud parents of three sons and ____ grandchildren, Bill and Beth serve the Central Texas Area by providing volunteer services to AWARE Central Texas - a family violence prevention group.  

 

In his spare time, Bill enjoys NASCAR events and golf.

Our Rector - The Rev. Paul R.  Moore

 

Fr. Paul has been rector of St. Christopher’s since January of 2001.  The son of Wycliff Bible Translators and having been raised in Ecuador, he is fully bi-lingual.  He is married to Karisse and the father of three sons, Lenny, Andrew and Landon.  Karisse and Paul are extremely proud of the newest addition to their growing family, granddaughter, Hero.

 

A published author, he is currently working on his second book which is a study guide for the national best-seller, “The Shack”.   Fr. Paul is also an active member of the local League of United Latin American Citizens chapter.  He serves as an officer and chairman of the scholarship committee.

 

His love of the outdoors was gained early in life, and is expressed through the hobby of falconry.

Administrative Assistant - Jo Denson

 

Jo has just recently joined the St. Christopher’s family through her employment as the parish Administrative Assistant.  She serves Fr. Paul as his “left hand woman” (the right hand woman is his lovely wife, Karisee).  Jo keeps him on track with his many appointments and activities.  She also serves the parish handling a wide variety of administrative tasks including managing the church’s calendar.

 

Jo is the Mom of soon-to-graduate high school, Jason and in her free time enjoys reading.

Communications Director and Office Manager - Charlene Smith

 

Charlene serves as the overseer of the Communications Team which covers a wide variety of media outlets from our internal communications via the weekly Disciple Life and monthly Evangel to the web site to newspapers, radio and television advertising.  She also serves as the Office Manager supervising the administrative side of office activities.

 

Married to Roy for 40 years in June 2009, Charlene is the mother of 2 and grandmother of 5.  She enjoys reading, machine embroidery, cooking, and computing.
