· Write name(s) on insert in Disciple Life and place in offertory plate
· Write name(s) on a large sign up board located in the Narthex

1. The July issue of the Evangel will reprint the notification of dates and methods for placing the name of a qualified voter in nomination for vestry or as a delegate.
2. Nominations will be taken starting with the first Sunday of July, and close after the last Sunday in July. The Vestry may extend the nominating period until a minimum of four communicants are nominated for vestry, and six nominated for delegates.
3. The Discernment Committee, which will be comprised of the four members of the vestry retiring and going out of office at the end of their three-year term, will begin the process of ascertaining qualifications and willingness to participate in the discernment process.
August
1. The names of the nominees for vestry and to be delegates will be published in the August issue of the Evangel, on the parish Web site, in the Disciple Life, and any other publications that may be available. The names will be included as part of the announcements during the Sunday services during August.
2. The nominees/prospective vestry members will meet with the Senior Warden and Rector at a training event that lays out the spiritual, social and organizational requirements of being a vestry member.
3. All prospective members for the vestry and for delegates who believe God is calling them to stand for election to these ministries will renew their commitment and receive instructions for submitting a short biography and picture to be published in the September issue of the Evangel.
September
The September issue of the Evangel will contain bios and pictures of the prospective vestry members and delegates.
